Group Bookings

To schedule your group for the Wellness Retreat, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice or a request to change the date/time/location. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the total appointment value.

Travel Fees

Please note that if your location is more than 25 miles away, there is an additional fee of $25 per massage therapist and/or esthetician, and/or nail technician per 25 miles traveled.

Appointment Requests

When booking through our online portal, your appointment is a REQUEST. Due to therapists' schedules and availability, we may need to ask to alter the requested appointment time and day, and we will reach out with some options. While we will make your appointment time a priority, your appointment is NOT booked until it has been confirmed with you by one of our team members.

Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

  • Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

  • MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

  • Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to  info@BalanceMobileSpa.com or  912-323-7795 . After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

  • Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.  Balance Mobile Spa will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers

Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We collect address information for requested shipments and contact information is used to schedule and confirm appointments, etc. All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose. Customers can opt out of communications by texting/replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT; by unsubscribing from the emails.
